Dual Alternators or one BIG one?

I have an 85 Chevy K-10 for a plow rig. 350 with only PS so there is plenty of room under the hood. I have a battery isolator and I run the second battery for just the plow. However even with the brand new battery if I am in a couple tight technical driveways back to back the amp gauge takes a nose dive. I am running a 95 amp Alt now but I was thinking, should I go to a high output Alternator or add the brackets and run dual alts so that I have a completely separate system for the plow?
