Question about Christian Hazel's Jeep....Brubaker may have answer

I was looking over the TTC Candidates and noticed entry number 14's special features was a Warn Belleview winch.
I was wondering what mods have been done to the Warn Belleview? I have one I got for basically free and I have rebuilt it but am looking for some mods to make it more user friendly. It says he upgraded it with 8274 stuff, could I get more info on that?
I have done research and reading but I am not coming up with a good way to upgrade the manual brake.  besides fabbing a motorcycle disc brake.

Ok, I asked Christian about it the other day and he said he is not doing it. His winch is missing too many parts, its not cost effective for him. But Herm the Overdrive Guy has the parts for the conversion and can convert your winch. CLICK HERE to go to Herm's website.
