My buddy has a set of 33x12.50 that he wants to give to me.. Will they fit on my stock 4x4 Chevy 1500?

Depends on several factors including the width of the tires and wheels and the backspacing of the wheels. You will likely need to do some trimming to the fenders no matter what.
