Hello all, Just wondering if I can get some help, I have replaced my TH350 trans on my 77 Chey 20, with a TH400, due to the fact i was breaking bell housings, since I put in the TH400 the splines on the output shaft of the trany are 32 and my old 205 transfercase had 27 splines, so i have to get a 203 transfer case, the problem im having is that I can not get 2H, i can get 4H, N, 4L, but cant get 2H, ive adjusted the linkage a little but cant find the right spot, i know my 205 had 4 positions, LO, N, 2H, 4H, i think the the 203 has 5 positions, Lloc, 4L, N, 2H, 4Hloc, anyone have this problem? and know a fix? short of getting the shifter box from the truck the 203 came out of, I cant find any of those trucks.

The 203 can be a finicky shifting T-case. The best advice I got is to make sure the linkage pivot points are not loose and sloppy. If they are then the 203 doesn't seem to shift correctly.
