Does anyone know the gear ratios for a 1960 NP 420 Transmission?

I think you mean an SM420. It's a great granny gear truck transmission. First gear is an admirable 7.05:1. Great for crawling. There is a bit of a gap between second and third but that's fairly common with all the early truck four-speeds which are really only three-speeds on the street. On road you will never use first gear.
First: 7.05:1 Second: 3.57:1 Third: 1.70:1 Fourth: 1:1 Reverse: 6.78:1

The vehicle is a 1960 Dodge Power Wagon Town Wagon, owner claims it's the original transmission. VIN is 22181643473. Online I found a site that said it was an NP420 transmission. I didn't know that Muncie transmissions came stock in 1960's Dodges. Thanks.

Ooooh! I did not know it was a Dodge!
Great question. I am not familiar with that transmission.
I found this using Google:
6.68,3.10,1.69,1.00, reverse 8.25 on a 63 model
