My newest quest for a project seems to be a 1997 Nissan pickup which I want to put a TD27 diesel engine into. The truck in question has a 5 spd., 4 cyl. (gas) and is a 4 x 4. I saw one on ebay, too much and on the other side of the country, but it got me to thinking about this swap. Because of the vehicles sold in Australia with this engine, and the information that I have gotten at this point would lead me to believe that this is pretty much a bolt in swap. True? If not, what has to be done? Then the fun part - finding a TD27. Thanks for any help that you can give.
