I HAVE A 2000 Z71 4X4 AND MY DASH LIGHTS QUIT WORKING ON ME  

CAN ANY ONE HELP ME OUT WITH THIS

Hard to say. You have a short or cut wire somewhere, a roasted switch, a blown fuse, a blown relay, or the bulbs are shot. Those really are the only options. You'll have to crawl up under the dash and start following wires with a test light.
