I am assuming the Rocky Mountain is the same thing as the WildPeak A/T. It looks like the same tire to me and I don't see the Rocky Mountain on the Falken website.
Having said all that the WildPeak is a solid tire. They roll very true and round. They also have a very durable carcass. They work well as an all-around tire that sees a lot of street use. However, they would not be my first choice if any clay-like mud encounters were planned.
