I have a 93 jeep wrangler yj and I have a 89 chevy truck with a newly rebuild engine and tranny with a transfer case, how much work is involved and would it cost a lot considering i have the engine tranny and transfer case already?

A typical Jeep engine swap like this will generally set you back $3,000-$5,000 not including the engine if you can do the work yourself. The parts needed to make it work add up quick and are often overlooked. These include things like a new radiator, motor mounts, exhaust, headers, custom power steering lens, driveshafts, wiring, and so on.
