Just got my December issue, I was checking out the TTC-2010 coverage. I saw the following on page 41, "Kuether's "Fat Girl" buggy: Disqualified prior to the event for a rules infraction." What was the exact infraction? Why was he not included in the Final Results? Would Kuether's rig have won TTC if not for the infraction?

They unofficially tallied the numbers and he would not have won if he wasn't disqualified. I do think he won the "Judges Choice" award for having such a bad ass rig though.

FOURWHEELER WEB EDITOR:"Gotta cause trouble huh... fine...
One of the most important rules for TTC is that no alcohol is allowed anywhere in the park, with the exception of camp. This is a California State Law. Team Kuether were found to have violated this rule and a unanimous decision by the judges was that disqualification was in order.
If Leo's Tank Trap run would have counted he would have finished 2nd.
The answer to this was probably all over Facebook and Pirate anyway.."
