8 inch Lift Please help

I have a 1999 Ford F350 single with a 6 inch lift already on the truck but I want to put a 8 inch lift on my truck. But my question is what do I need to do to prepare for the 8 inch lift. We kinda rig my first lift and I dont want to do it that way this time I want to do it the right way and I want to know if I need to take it to aligment shop first to see about my steering and basiclly my whole front to see what needs replaced.
