I have a lime green Arctic Cat 90 and wanted to add some emergency LED lights. The kind I want to add have a 12VDC. Any ideas how I can use them on my 4-wheeler,Or even if my fourwheeler has a DC.

Wrong Four Wheeler... we're trucks.

Anyway... if your ATV has electric start then it has a battery and a normal 12 volt electrical system. Thus you can wire up any standard 12 volt light or whatever to it just like normal. Just be sure you don't overload the capacity of the stater.
