Hey Art, if you just have a crack or something in the radiator, use this stuff called quick steel. They sell it at the auto parts stores. My gf's car had a 8 inch crack across the top of her radiator, once I roughed up the surface and put some of it on it dries like steel. She drove it like that for 2 weeks before I put a new radiator in. Ask frank how strong it is, it plugged a hold when diesel was leaking out of his gas tank! Similar to JB weld but waaaay better.
Id also be scared to take stock tahoe cause of clearance. If you do we can just stack rocks to get up anything, we can make it work. ZR2 went everywhere with okay clearance and minimal struggles.

Kyle, I have absolutely no idea where the leak is from I have not had the chance to yank it out today and take it to a shop. Will try tomorrow...
if we do an easy trail, maybe 04-z71 and I could bring our stockers LOL

quick question for anyone that knows.. this sunday i'll be up in big bear snowboarding for a couple of hours, then my buddy and i are going to hit some trails. we're thinking of heading east on 3n16, then taking 3n17 back west. anyone know if a stocker could run this? about how long does it take?

3N17 is white mountain. its pretty easy you should be fine. there some steep loose areas so just be careful

3N16 is a fire road basically, without deep snow it is easy peasy.....
with deep snow (2-3 foot) it is Mog country, and you should not be there...
unless you have chains of course.
It is likely Kevin will be up in BB for the Thanksgiving weekend and will be up for a run and may post a date to get a consensus....
