i recently went to big bear and was going over some decent sized rocks and i have some bad tire rubbing on the inside of my wheel well (not the top) in the rear, im running 33"x10.5x 15's and any narrower will look really funny, what can i do that will be safe for the road and eliminate it at the same time?

Different offset wheels or wheel spacers.
Or I have a sawzall we can use... lol

I vote for the 10 lb. sledge hammer and a sawzall, the main goal would be to build your truck around the wheels and tires not the other way around.

maybe move the axle forward or backward a little bit
but sawzall/grinder/hammer/off-set wheels/bigger lift are the other options

do not go for more lift, its best to keep ur center of gravity as low as possible, id op for wheel spacers, or fender trimming
