INSANE Grinding noise....

I know this is going to be hard to describe but ill give it a shot.
I have a 1997 gmc yukon
5.7 4l60
145,000 miles
d60 front 14bolt 10.5 rear
Ok so it sound like this noise is coming from the front end somewhere.
It does not make the noise when in park, or when the truck is not moving.
The grinding is faint when im only going 40mph or less..
Now when im running down the road, at 45mph or higher,everytime I left off the gas there is a LOUD INSANE grinding kinda noise.
It only does it when I let off the gas, goes away as soon as i hit the gas again.
Im damn confused hah

torq converter or fly wheel?
