I'm not sure about the price, but the easiest way would be to find some out of a wrecked XJ Rubicon as they will bolt right in. The problem you face is that the Rubicon is the only vehicle to offer a coil sprung 44 that will bolt up to your Jeep. Otherwise you could find a set out of a Scout II and have all the bracketry cut off of your stock axles and welded on to the Scout axles. Or get new brackets and use your old axles as a template for welding the new stuff onto the Scout axles. The latter will probably be the cheapest, but way more labor intensive. With the Rubicon axles you will get 4:10 gears along with factory air lockers front and rear. Those are the two most feasible options that I can recommend.

You might find a TJ Rubicon but not an XJ Rubicon (no such thing). The TJ Rubicon front will bolt right into your XJ but the TJ Rubicon rear is a coil 5 link and your XJ is leaf sprung. So you'd need some spring perches welded on after cutting all the TJ brackets off.
The Rubi axles also need a low psi (5 psi) air source for the lockers.

Yeah, I mispoke, no suck thing as a XJ Rubicon, was thinking TJ. XJs were out of production when the Rubicon was introduced.

you can also look for wrecked rubicon LJ's as well as those also have d44's. The stock LJs have a d30 d44 combo but with 3:73 gears
