I'm getting ready to throw some 2857516 tires on my 1995 dodge ram 1500 4x4. I'm fairly sure they will fit with little to no problems. If I do run into problems I was wondering if anybody knew what a good leveling kit to put on is. I know im looking a 2"-2.5" in the front, but I wanted to lift up the rear a lil bit. Add-A-Leaf lifts it up 2 inches as well, but that will leave it with the front slightly lower still. Whats a good way to get the level look without going to high or expensive?

Well as far as a good "leveling kit" goes... You could probably get away with just running the tire and shaving a little metal off the back of the fender wells.
I have a '97 and I ran it for a good year or so on a set of 35" Goodyear MTRs.  I did use a 2" spacer on it and I did round off the back of the fender opening because at full lock of the steering and full compression the tire would contact.
Here is the option that I used on my '01 Ram 2500 that is running 36" Goodyear MTs with just a leveling coil for the diesel.

That is what it looks like to trim 2" horizontally out of the fenderwell.  Not too bad eh?  Personally if I were you, that is they way I would go!  Then you don't have to lift the body of the truck at all, and you don't have to worry about suspension components.

Or... and this is a HUGE OR

You could simply put on a 2" body lift if you don't play on hauling anything.  On my '97 I have a custom 3" body lift along with a 10" suspension lift (I am sure it has settled down to about 8 by now though.

So there you have it... if you have any questions please feel free  to shoot me a Private message here or an e-mail at turbosniper1@yahoo.com
