Ford techs say that it is normal for the brakes to go to the floor after a stop if pressure is kept on the brake pedal. This has caused rear wheel spin when the brake pedal goes to the floor and my foot hits the throttle. Is there any change I can make to the master cylinder to stop the brake petal from going to the floor?

Yea, that's not right. I have one of those trucks, the pedal doesn't go to the floor.
Are you talking literally to the floor? Or just down some more. Mine will go down while being stopped, pretty much anything with power brakes will.
If you hit the throttle while holding the brake this is called powerbraking and causes you to do a burn out, stop that. Use one foot to drive, don't double foot it, and don't hit the gas if you are on the brakes. That part sounds like user error.
