How do i know if i subscribed?

I dont know if this is the right place to post, but i dont know if i subscribed to fourwheeler or not. I did it online but my computer shut down while i was almost finished, and i havent gotten any emails or anything. How do i know if it went through?

a magazine will appear at your home shortly.......lol.
you would have probably received an email confirmation and would have been billed on your credit card
