Did they say why they thought it needed all those parts?

nope... LOL

I think they just felt that the whole front end needs to be swapped out, lol

anyways, I actually drove it last night and today..

I think my driver's side CV joint is bad. I'm going to start with that. It also has problems shifting to AWD, but drives fine in 4hi, so I think the electronic shift needs work too, going to start up on it later on today (bleh  I am lazy)

Just bought a new front differential off ebay for 170 bucks shipped. There's definitely something with the diff, the CV shaft wobbles around on it, not sure how or what happened, probably will take the old one apart once I get it swapped out.

Hope its not too big of a PITA because I'm feeling lazy, lol
