I don't have them on the rear, but my wife has them on the front of an '07 Dodge Ram.  It has the leveling kit on the front and 35" Toyo MT's.  I only needed them on the front so the tires didn't rub the upper strut mount.  They've been on for about 8 months.  I drove the truck from Washington to Colorado and back this summer with no problems.  I checked them before I left, once I got there and when I got back.  No problems so far.  The truck rarely leaves the road though. Just got the tires for the look and snow.
