I just bought a 1989 GMC S-15 4X4 ex.cab it's 4 wheel drive and has the smaller 4.3.I like the power compared to GMC JIMMY 2.5 liter 4cyl it just kept falling apart and after doing alot of repairs on the "85" 4x4 I'm going to sell it it needs a front diff and I just got another new axle and idler arm for it . I'll let some one else work on it. The mechanic did the quick fix on it I just was'nt going to do it this time allready did both axles once and other front end repairs I new it was'nt fixed completely but I just want to let her go now. I'm heading for the forest back roads now in my newest rig.

Hey that was the old me I'm now mountainrat7 anyways front diff checked out ok and I did'nt sell it I did just replace my cylinder head recently fun in the field/forest but slow on the road.My vehicle do'nt favor hills a little/alot underpowered when driving up steep roads on the freeway highway but excellent turning radius.
