I own a 2004 Nissan Titan KC SE 4x4, and my truck is now at the dealership waiting to see what Nissan will do to assist....my spider gears literally fell apart!  All work & maintenance has been performed by the dealership.  I have a 3-ring binder of everything that has ever been done on it.  This is the 3rd time it has been in for something to do with the rearend (axle seal issues, differential gears & seal issues, etc.)  My warranty has expired, and they are talking about $3,500 to replace (parts & labor).  I have heard they are having issues with the rearends of the model year.  If I must pay for this, should I allow them to replace this with factory replacement parts or should I go with after market parts?  This is my first rearend replacement, any assistance would be greatly appreciated?!  Thanks in advanced!!
