I want to get a Ranger for basically street bashing and burning up the fire roads of central PA. I want a ranger because it is a cheap truck. I want to make it a pre-runner style truck so 2wd is what I'm after. What are the best companies that offer long travel set-ups for both? All HELP is appreciated. I know I will not be crawling. Other mods being considered are a limited-slip differential and maybe a 302 or 351 engine swap and a 9" rear axle.
