im only 15 and dont know that much about lifts or anything except that i want to get a bit done on my car and have some questions it is a 1991 ford explorer 4x4 4 door and i have found a 1.5-2in lift kit from skjacker for a pretty good price and would like to put it on my car but it said it needed Oversized Camber/Caster Shims, id like to know what these are, and what they do and if id really need thim, and the kinda price you think theyed be, id also like to put on a 2 or 3 in body lift and want to know if thated be ok with the suspension lift, and if you think to fit 32-11.50-15 on it the 2 or 3 in body lift would be better, and i have no idea what the gear ratios in the axels are or what kinda axels are even on it and would like to know if you think these axels with there gear ratio will hold 32-11.50-15 without breacking or something bad, and if they wont what i need to do to thim, and lastly i want to know if a rear locker would be something to try for in the near future and what kind you would sugjest i get without spending the price of air or electric lockers.

Tire sould be no problem axle wise but gearing will be another issue. Depending on what engine you have you would want a 4.10 or 4.56 axle ratio. If you leave it stock it will be a bit of a slug performance wise and OD will be pretty useless too.

the caster and camber shims are to align the tires on your explorer. so that your truck will not pull. also your tires will not wear alot slower with the vehicle aligned

FORD TBS front ends tend to be hard on tires even if properly aligned and much worse if they are not.
