91 hardbody has headlights,tailights,nothing else has juice,must have fried ignition fuses? where are they????

under dash or under hood near firewall.  but it sounds like you may have toasted a fuseable link.  more info, tools you will need: test light, ohms meter, beer and something to kick

headlights are normally a seperate circuit, so you turn signals and running lights are going to be wired in with you brake light assuming they are connected, you really didn't enough info, so where i would start is maybe check and replace burnt bulbs if thats not the prob, i would replace your dimmer if still not fixed replace you light switch if light switch and dimmer are one unit replace the unit other wise a short, so if thats the case invest in a test light and a descent multi-meter, and get your self a wiring schematic and above all good luck, let me know how things work out.
