78-91 is bolt on. 73-77 will take fabication but can be done. Mid body cab suports are different 73-77.
You can also drop a truck cab on the frame. Rear cab suports will need to be fabbed but not hard.

I have replaced a blazer body on a 77. One thing you should watch for is when finding the doner shell that it matches the rear seating. For example some the floors in the rear went all the way to the front seats flush with the base of rear bench. And some of them had a recess behind the front seat for more foot room. I ran into this and it hits a crossmember running side to side on the frame. I had to cut a bit of it out and add a 3" body lift to fit. I got my shell from Arizona rust free for about 750$ but that was no doors, top, tailgate, or interior. I live in Indiana and good probably give you a number to call if interested. Any questions let me know I have a 10year project goin on my now all 1 ton toy.
