I am planing to hop up my motor and want an opinon on my plan. I am planing to put mid 90's vortex heads on an aftermarket intake a mild cam and a accel ignition with headers and a dual exuast. I want to know if the stock throtle bodie fuel injection will work and if I need to make any other changes to make this work, or if there is a better plan for the same amount of money. I am open for any sugjestions or tips that will be helpfull In my plan. I ask because I am new to the fuel injection world and don't know the finner details. Also is there is a easy way to convert this to carborated with out changing the entire fuel system. Thanks for any help, Kaleb

A 950 CFM would be a complete waste. A TBI with a flow rate of around 600 to 650 CFM would more than do it. Bigger is not always better.

No it is closer to about 450 CFM. Big Block TBI is around 600 CFM.

Bigger is not better with TBI. You can orsive a TBI unit just like a carb and loose low end and midrange power because you want to have enough pressure drop and flow velocity through TBI unit (like a carb) to properly mix the air and fuel.
