I was curious if anyone has re-sealed an np205 transfer case before? Is it pretty difficult, like a three hour job?

I wouldn't call it a three hour job for the first time in the driveway.. it's not a hard job tho...

where is it leaking?

It's leaking out of virtually everywhere. Both of the output shaft seals,the two inputs from the shifter. And it's more than likely leaking from the input shaft.
