GX470 vs Land Cruiser

I know the the gx470 just one 4wheeler of the year but I still contest that the current model land cruiser is a superior off road vechicle in stock form.
I have a bet on this so I need facts to back it up. Please list any reasons the land cruiser would be better.

If they are the same basic vehicle (ie. Rodeo/Pathfinder/Passport) one point to consider is that the gx470 has a lot of excessive body plastic for style. The landcruiser seems pretty tough on the outside.
