I have never heard of a manufacturer who offers a 10 lift for your pickup, or an 8 inch for that matter. Skyjacker does make a 6in front, 5in rear, the largest I could find if you don't want to do any custom fabrication. With this lift you should be able to fit a 36 or 37in tire. If you want to go bigger yet, I'd suggest some bushwacker fender flares, as with these you'd probably be able to put on 40s.

I think this is good advise becaue it would allow for bigger tires without getting CG to dangerous high from a extreme lift.

If you can fit 35s stock you must have done some major fender trimming already, right? As far as I knew stock size for your truck would be around 32in. I think 40s (or maybe larger) are a definite possibility if you do a lift and trim or lift and flares combo because you should have a Sterling/Dana 60 axle combo. But as snoman will tell you, you will need to swap gears.
