chevys rule fords drop die  

I own a 1981 Ford F-150 four wheel drive with manual locking hubs .I have well over 300,000 miles on it ,I have a straight six in it ,it's a four speed with the real low first granny gear it's only got  31x10 .50 15s its got a 2 1/2 inch lift i'm going to put on it in aweek or so i've only had to  rebuild the single barrel carb. should replace it though any ways my truck might not be a big a big power house  yet but it's not worth it to just put in a 302  . I'll probably by a different truck or just rebuild the six in the future no cash now.Any way's i'm putting add aleafs on it and taller coils in front axle drop ,some blocks in back 2 1/2 inch i think anyways i just wanted to say my Fords still a runnin to much cofee to much time sorry for the long reply. i agree with u on the chevy as i own one myself a 75 classic as i call it cause i had it for a long time as they live up to there reputation as the longest lasting trucks but not to brag every truck brings something to the table now that nissian and toyota are in the competition but i stay loyal to my truck (Chevy)! so theres my 2 cents Chevy Guy_4 LiFe  

i will agree that chevy is the best truck you will never find a better truck.  

My '73 chevy started smoking friday before last even though i told it not to (like kids won't listen) But with cheap and sometimes free parts gave to you it will live along time before the cancer in the floor, rockers, fender, bed and everywhere else stops it.   Does someone have a motor to donate to the needy.

Chevy's got the icing on the cake...fords, well, are what end up in my toilet...the only good fords out there have foreign motors in them, but those cant get in the mud. Ill only take a ford if its powered by yamaha or mazda.

you know what its hard to be loyal just to one brand every truck manufacture brings out something new that you cant resist either its is the bodystyle, hp, and etc..... for me it doesnt matter what truck is better as long as it gets me where i need to go and hauls whatever i got to haul either ford chevy or dodge. For some ppl brand loyalty doesnt matter to them and for some it does and the only thing i can say is a truck is a truck no differ from the rest every truck has its flaws and prolly the only difference is horsepower and bodystyle but like i said either truck ford chevy dodge it doesnt matter i already have all three and satisfied with what i got.
