Update: I got all my fab work completed over the weekend, and got bedsides back on it. Now I have a new problem. I currently have no left blinkers, no left tail light, no dome lights, and no 4wd. And this has all happened with the truck up on stands. Figure that one out.

Did you remember to plug them back in? I did that once. Didn't have a tailight for three whole days. Then I plugged it in and fixed everything.

I painted my bedcage and finally mounted my gas filler. It was getting annoying. Also remounted the reservoirs so that they won't destroy themselves.

We also got Weston's truck pretty much finished. Lot's of pretty shocks under there.

Did that. Even used the premium synthetic blinker fluid, and nothing.

On a serious note, I got my tail lights working again, and headlight. So now I'm down to...

Left Front Blinkers
Dome Lights
4wd (electric shift)

The Blinkers started out in Ridgecrest and the Dome Lights/4wd started at the same time over this weekend. So I think I'm zeroing in on the issue, the GEM (General Electrical Module) as its the only thing the dome lights and transfercase have in common.

In addition to that I still need to do an oil change, trim the bedsides, fix the front axle shaft retaining clip, mount three HID ballasts, get two spare tires mounted, finish tightening bolts, and put the wiring back that I took apart trying to chase the issues.

And add into that that I'm going to be gone for the next week and a half and Pismo is in two weeks and it makes for a stressful situation... lol

I would say yes, come get it, but it's still on stands. The list seems long but I can probably knock it out in a day, minus the electrical gremlins.

I picked up a new flasher relay at lunch today from Ford, so we'll see if that fixes one of the problems.

Worst case I guess is I don't have blinkers, dome lights, or 4wd for Pismo... again. But it's not the end of the world. Although, if the problem is the GEM like I think it may be, then the truck may not shift, which would be an issue.

I hate this truck. Anybody want to trade?

Im sure I'll need it for Pismo. Thanks Kevin!
Oh, and yes the muffler hangers had to be cut and rewelded for hitch install!
