hi i'm new, any hoew straight to the punch, i have a 88 ramcharger i bought it on impulse and well it got me introuble. the car wont start when i try to crank it i know of one thing wrong with it the ignition switch is bad and it wont work so i bypass the  switch by connecting the positive form the battery to the positive on the ignition coil, how ever it will crank no start. unless! i pour fuel or spray starter fluid in the carb, i changed the feul filter and then it would jut click i pulled the starter out and the guy who had it before me friggin grinded down the metal so that it would fit, any way i really need help for a fuul time stuent i don't have much money and i need this car to get me to and from where i need to go if you guys can tell me were i can get an engine to swap  out the old one that very in exspensive

i would really like to sell it i bought it for 2000 i already know i was jipped on the price with a truck that wont start but i would at least like to get some of what i payed back 1500 it would make a great toy  please help me out
