Hi guys, I have a 1997 Sonoma 2.2L and the AC has not worked for some time now. Ive been playing around with it and cannot seem to find the problem. I tested the wires going TO the compressor and they are not hot when the AC knob is full blast. I also put a hot wire to the compressor and that didn't even turn on, I also charged it by the way. Does anyone know which relay controls the AC system, there are 4 relays on the pass side engine bay. Any help will b appreciated, I dont have the funds to take it in. Any advice???

If there are only four just start swapping them around (as long as they are the same) and see what happens.
Or find one that works, pull all four and install the good one one at a time until something happens. While you do this have a friend listen for the relay to click to verify that it is operating correctly.

FYI on those models, compressors tend to leak from the main seal and when the a/c is low they will not turn on
