help on water proofing my engine???

i have a 1977 ford F150 with a 351 modified. the last time i went four wheelin i got water in the ditributer and on the coil. im kinda on a budget and cant go out and buy namebrand stuff to put on like theat

Yea, use silicone all over. On plug wires, on the cap, on coil wires, even a used wall*mart bag over stuff helps. Do a good job with the silicone and nobody will know.
