350 oil fouling sparkplugs

my gmc 350 w/50,000 miles, oil fouls the front 2 spark plugs on the drivers side. the compression is 150 to 170 on all 8 cylinders.It runs good until the plugs foul. anyone have any ideas on what to check or what to fix

i would replace valve stem seals

usually a lil grey smoke will blow out on cold starts when the seals are going out
