1995 ford f-150 wont go into 4 wheel drive

i have a 1995 ford f-150 with lock out hubs on it with push button 4x4, with the hubs locked and the button pushed to engage the 4x4 the front wheels wont spin. if i push the 4 LO button you can hear it engage but the front wheels still will not spin. i have already tried going back and forth to try and get it in 4x4 but this still wont work. the hubs and u joints are all new.

a good buddy of mine had the same prob. his front hubs both sides had broken teeth so they wouldnt engage. replaced both sides w/a set of warn hubs. done deal, works great.

the front hubs are new just replaces with superwinch not that long ago
