I have a 1946 Jeep CJ2A with a T-18 transmission bolted to a Dana 18 transfer case w/a AA/Saturn OD on the TC.
The OD keeps popping out of direct. We have tried everything, shimming, tightening the shift spring etc. still to no avail.
Got any suggestions ?

Have you called Saturn and asked them what to do?
