I have an 87 Jeep I'm working on. I need to remove one of the body bolts, but it just spins. I can feel the top of it and it feels like the collar around the bolt is turning, but I can get a finger on a flat plate I would have expected to be the threaded plate, and it's not turning. Can anybody tell me what's happening in there? I'm about to cut a hole in the floorboard to get at it if I can't find a better answer.
