2007 Yamaha Grizzly Lift Kit and New Tires HELP!!

Okay, here's the deal. I want to get him some new tires and a lift hit for his four wheeler, but I am VERY new to this four wheeler thing. I know what they do, where they can go, where they can't go and how fast they can go and how much it hurts to hit the handlebars...  ...anyway...I just need to know some different brands of tires and what not because I found the OUTLAWS he wants, but they don't come in the right size. The actual tire size is too big and they don't have a smaller size in his rim size....and i thought shopping for me was bad....I just need some help please. I want to get this for him for our anniversary...please and thank you!!!!

im not sure about a lift but i have the Titin Grizzly's on my 00 Grizzly 600. so far ive made it through about anything i can throw at it and ive been in some pretty hairy places. titin builds tires for all kinds of farm equipment and its a good name. they wear pretty well too
