I am trying to learn how to work on my truck by myself along with a friend who know a little bit about trucks himself.  Toyota is a little different compared to GMC or Ford.  Can someone help me out.  Thanks.

A big help would be a repair manual from Chilton or something similar.  Not sure bout online, never looked, but a good repair manual will have things like that in it.  Check with your local autoparts store, they'll have ones you can buy or order.
