I'm surprised we never had one of these...

So what are you guys paying for gas these days? I spied a $3.05 at my favorite Shell station last night, and saw a $2.87 at an Arco this morning.

Yea, that is bizarre too... normally down here by the FW.com World Headquarters in Irvine it's more expensive than up by my house, but I'm seeing the same or less.

I paid 2.15 a gallon this morning.WWWHHHHAAAATTTT!
Ya 2.15 and in Portland, Texas its running at 1.95 a gallon. fer the cheapie stuff but at least it smells like gas. As for diesle i'll git back to ya, Mudb8, you know where Portland is right?
We got a citgo Refinery here, but it dont always rain where the cotton patch is, a month ago we were at 350 or so. but a buck nighty five iznt so bad...
The downside of having a big ole refinery here is the big a'[ targit it makes, along with the bases all around us. but anyhoo I digress, ya after the royal screwing the oil co made, your gonna see it drop even further, after the election, thats my prognostication, and as i said in a thread here or in a sister mag, gm is gonna die, unless dodge buys it.hmm sink... like a rock ehh?

You've got that backwards... GM is looking to buy Chrysler...

But, back to gas, feel like bringing a few 55gallon drums of that cheap stuff out to SoCal for me? Please!!

It's $2.19 for regular here.  If GM get's Chrysler does that mean there's gonna be Camaro's at the Mopar Nat's next year? Or will they start putting Vortec's in the Ram? I don't really give a hairy rat's ass but I will be danged if we need to give 'em the 10 billion dollars they want from the feds!

$2.26 for ethanol free 87 octane at my work. i don't particularly care for this gas, the boss used to get the mid grade. since i've been running this stuff, my milage dropped off and i get a slight tap when i run at lower rpm's.......guess i'll be buying octane booster.
