I have 1995 ford f-150 supercap 4x4 with a 7ft western unimount plow. when i bought the plow i was told that my truck would not squat very much. But after the plow is up the truck squats so bad that their is almost no ground clearance under the mount. any ideas to what i could do to the front suspension to stiffen it so the truck would not squat so much.

Pretty common problem with F150 like that. Not really designed to carry that kind of weight up there. (you were told wrong) You might try some Timbren Air bags up front. It would be the easiest possible solution.

I meant Timbren or airbags. A Timbrem is basically a thick rubber spacer/bushing that compresses under load and increase capacity.

Alucard-HD: heavy duty coils???
The "problem" is the TTB front axle. It is not well suited to this (or much else really) If you install bigger coils then front end will go high without a load on it and axles will swing down and angle tires in at bottom and cups tires. Timbrens or airbags could give most boost when loaded and not effect empty ride height as much. With TTB you will have wild wheel camber shifts with larger deflections so you want to limit travel under load here. (with a solid axle you could just add leafs or bigger coils as camber would not be effected because there is no hinge in axle mounted to frame as there is in TTB)
