Should. Measure the spring perches, that will tell you if it will fit. I'm sure it will, but I've never done it so I'm not 100%

it should fit, do you beat on this truck? if so stay away from 10 bolts and go with a 14 Bolt full floater out of a 2500HD 2001 and newer for disk brakes

Why is it that everyone seems to think that you need to install a heavy 14 bolt 10.5 FF and create a lug bolt pattern problem to to upgrade a 1/2 ton axle? A simpler and BETTER solution is a GM 14 bolt 9.5 SF that has been also used since about 73 in various models. It has seen a lot of use in even 3/4 ton trucks over the years. It is a stout axle and about the equal of a D60 and can be had in 6 and 8 lug flavors. The only thing needed to convert one from 6 to 8 or from 8 to 6 lug is a axle and brake drum/rotor swap. Also all 9.5 are rated at about a 3 ton load capacity too plus they also have more after market locker/LSD options than a 10.5 too.
