Pulling to the right...

I just returned from having an alignment done on my truck. Everything came back in spec, almost near perfect. My problem is the truck still pulls to the right, especially at highway speeds. Never had this problem before the lift and new rims and tires were installed. Should (or can) I adjust the air pressure in the front tires to help alleviate this or is there anything else I can try?
Oh yeah... I have a 2006 Dodge 2500 Megacab, 3" BDS lift, single steering stabilizer, 18" Ultra rims with 35 x 12.50 Toyo Open Country MT tires.

Tell you what you need to do, you need to get a printout of how truck is aligned now (most modern racks can do this) to see where you are at and also stock alignment specs are for stock setups. When you lift and use different wheels you sometimes need to tweak it. Need to know where you are at now though.

I'll see what I can do to get the specs. Is there nothing I can try on my own, though? The dealer is going to keep charging me $90 every time I take it back. They already told me that, because it's not a "stock" vehicle they can't guarantee it.

I would not fool with the air pressure. over/underinflating tires makes them wear funny and can be dangerous.

thats crap when they do an alignment especially a dealer the vehicle needs to be roadtested and if they charge you the vehicle needs to be diagnosed. they may not be able to fix it but they should know the cause. people always think dealers are the best but most techs at dealers are dumb@sses that stupid school to uti idk what they do but when i became a tech i was 50/50 50 as a aprentice and 50 in class so i learned book work and how to actually fix the prob in real life enough of my rant they cant fix it you dont pay bottom line and service managers will always bow down

You might even take it to Sears as they have a good alignment rack and will redo/check it for free for 90 days (unless they changed their policy) ALso when I had my k3500 aligned a few years ago at a dealer (I had to because that year there is some plugs they have to remove to align it the first time)I took it back 3 times before they got it right. They only charged me for first time. The squeaky wheel gets greased.

also itll slight pull to the right if your on a road w/a nasty crown in it as to opposed to a level even road. And yes the dealer has no right to keep charging you if its not aligned...just sound like theyre lazy and dont want to complete the job.

If the front end is setup properly, the crown will not have much effect.

"Eons" ago when I used to align things on cars you would set a little more positive caster and camber on passenger side of car just to better deal with crowned roads.

The specs are in line with factory settings...which don't really matter now. Everything looked good on the rack, when they did the road test is when they noticed the lead to the right. Should I take it back and request that they give me a little more positive caster & camber on the right?

It would help a lot if you could tell me what it is set to as I could tell you what you need to do. The term "factory specs" tells me nothing I need to know to tell you where you need to go with it. Again stock spec are a guideline and only good for stock setups too. Car are not built like aircraft with tight tolerances and some times you need to tweak them but you need to know where you are at first because I cannot recommend adding more caster without seeing what you have because you may need to add more to one side or subtract from other. Current numbers will tell me this.
