hey i need some info and help on my truck.
driving back and forth from school i love wheeling.that should say it all not the biggest income. it has about a 6inch lift on 35's. id like to get good mpg doesnt have to be much but im looking for around 16mpg
i would like to know what the best tranny would be. and im running a 350. also the best carb for this type of driving. and any other parts that would help. oh also im looking to shave some weight on it. so what could i do other that tearing some of the interior out and rhino lining.

make sure you gears are correct for the tire size...456 or 488s and a 700r4 will give you 4th gear OD...and the carb should be a 500cfm or 600 edlebrock, anything bigger your wasting gas...as far as wieght saving you could get a fiberglass hood, possibly fenders and get a good set of alum wheels.
IT WASNT ME, IT WAS THE ONE ARMED MAN!
