does any one know how i can lift the front of a 1977 F-250 2WD twin traction beam?

That is TIB (twin I beam, TTB is the 4wd version) and you can do it any number of ways, most common on those is a lift spring or spacer, followed by a drop bracket lift. Hit up Google and do a search, I'm sure you'll find something out there...
