Bought the front end conversion (6" flare), should be here by the end of the week. I'll post up pics once they're installed.

After I get the parts for the front in, I'll save a up a little more money and do the rears, then order the entry level kit from Camburg
http://camburg.com/fords1P4x4.html Since it's my senior project, I don't have a lot of time to do the build, so I'll probably not assemble the front differential at first, so it'll be a 2WD for the time being.
I FINALLY found a direction to go with this truck's build up, which I'm very happy about. I was contemplating SAS, 38s, and an exocage, but this thing needs to be my daily driver. I can't afford to keep 2 vehicles on the road right now, so if I have to choose between the Explorer and the Outback, I'm keeping the Explorer. I'll also be putting in a completely rebuilt transmission (some days, it only goes in reverse).

It's hard to tell how much flare these really have, but it's 6" out each side

Looking from the back, you can really start to see the '95-'01 look starting

Original plastic inner fender shows where the original flare was. Looks like I'll be modifying the metal piece toward the front of the flare, too.

Yeah....my gaps aren't perfect, but this was the first time I've ever done this sort of thing.

Necessary trimming
