I will get a few up tonight.
There are not many action shots. The best run I did was a fri night run with 4 other rigs, 2 tubed 404s and 1 416 doka like mine and a tubed toy pickup on 37s. as it turned out we did Odessa and 3/4 of Doran. the last part of Doran is pretty tight for the 416 dokas and we were not ready to do damage. So me and the other 416 turned back and found our way back to camp, thankful i had the gps. It is weird being with all mogs, the level of what constitutes an difficult obstacle is much higher.
on saturday I opted to go explore Afton Canyon, which was very cool, but not difficult. We also ran a few miles of the Mojave road..I want to do more of it not as fast as Kevins group did last time...




 

awesome pics man, that area of mojave road you did is alot of fun.  i have pics in those same places.  I cant wait till march.  were you able to get any good info about your mog???  

That little "taste" of Mojave road was great...I did find out how rare my unimog is (long bed/high top/doka) and also got to find out details about the throttle linkage (mine is very screwed up). It really helped to look at a few different ones to compare...
it was great to put names to faces from the mog list.  

I also get to put Moggy in a October Beast show at toyota on the 23rd. The vehicle has to be over 25 years old and be unique, it can be a basket case/work in progress/daily driver/ or concourse....mine fits as a work in progress/DD. every time i meet Eriko at Toyota there is a few people following/asking questions bout the moggy...
